2018 Tim Adams “The Fergus”
A delicious blend of Grenache, Tempranillo and Malbec, rich in plump fruit flavours, silky tannins and integrated oak. Enjoy with duck, turkey, lamb and spicy dishes.
2018 Tim Adams Cab Malbec
A complex wine with depth and balance. The juicy black plum and fresh blackcurrant and blackberry aromas and flavours, with a hint of herbal spice. It pairs well with lamb and many other red meat dishes.
2020 Tim Adams Shiraz
A graceful wine that is sophisticated and elegant, with concentrated aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe cherries. Further complexity is built through American oak maturation contributing vanilla creaminess and dark chocolate notes.
