Each vintage Tim puts a tremendous amount of effort into ensuring each wine produced is consistently enjoyed by all. It’s wonderful to see our 2022 Riesling recognised by The Real Review too.

Typical of the grape, it’s floral, subtle, fresh and delicious… and the flavour, wow, intense, lime, lemon, lots of citrusy characters there, crisp acidity, very lively on the palate and I’m reminded of Tim Adams’ style, it is very much his style… remarkable value for $24.00 I think.
The nose has lifted floral characters with citrus aromatics of grapefruit, lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with a richness of flavour built from almost perfect ripening conditions.
Perfectly paired with seafood, think freshly shucked oysters.
