Ideally situated adjacent to the Riesling Trail and in among the gum trees, we invite you to experience our curated ‘Single Vineyard Wine and Cheese Pairing’. Enjoy 5 single vineyard wines carefully matched to 5 cheeses from the Smelly Cheese Shop. We also offer wine tastings on a paddle served at the perfect temperature from our Enomatic wine dispensing machine, or why not just sit back and relax with a glass of wine and a cheese platter on the deck or in front of the fire.

Taste of the Clare Valley - Cycling and Tasting Experience
Looking to get a taste of the Clare Valley with a relaxing ride on the Riesling Trail and some winery visits?
Try our ‘Taste of the Clare Valley’ Cycling and Tasting Experience! Enjoy a leisurely ride on the Riesling Trail and visits to 2 Cellar Doors, all at your own pace.
Start your journey at Clare Valley Cycle Hire and collect your e-bike. An e-bike rides the same as a traditional bike, but with an extra boost when you pedal to make riding uphill and over rocky paths easier. The perfect option so you can focus your energy on enjoying the delicious wine and food we have planned for the day!
From there, take a gentle ride along the Riesling Trail 2km to Mr. Mick Cellar Door and Kitchen. Relax and enjoy a wine tasting followed by a tapas-style lunch selected by our Chefs. The full wine list is available, or for an additional $20 our winemakers can choose 3 wines to pair with your meal.
After lunch, take a scenic ride 3kms along the Riesling Trail to Tim Adams Wines, where you will enjoy tasting a selection of 5 back vintage wines from Tim's cellar
For the final part of your journey, ride a short distance back to Clare Valley Cycle Hire to return your e-bike.

Ride, Riesling, Relax - Cycling and Tasting Experience
For those wanting a longer ride on the Riesling Trail, why not try our Ride, Riesling, Relax Experience?
This experience takes you from Tim Adams Wines, down to Sevenhill Cellars, and back up to Mr. Mick Cellar Door and Kitchen for lunch.
Your journey starts at Riesling Trail Bike Hire, where you will collect your bike.
Following collection, ride along the Riesling trail for 7-10 minutes to Tim Adams Wines, where you will be treated to a tasting of five single vineyard wines, carefully paired with five artisan cheese from 'The Smelly Cheese Shop' and served with house made lavosh.
After this, enjoy a 20 minute ride to the historic Sevenhill Cellars to indulge in a tasting of their fortified wines perfectly paired with premium liqueur chocolates.
From Sevenhill, ride down the hill back to Mr. Mick Cellar Door and Kitchen where it’s time to relax and enjoy a casual tapas style lunch, with delicious dishes selected by our Chefs along with 3 wines chosen by our winemakers to perfectly pair with your meal.
For the final part of your journey, ride a short distance back to Riesling Trail Bike Hire to return your bike.

Aberfeldy Shiraz & The Fergus Vertical Tasting
This year we changing things up a bit, experience a rare and educational vertical tasting of two iconic wines, Aberfeldy Shiraz along with Tim Adams 'The Fergus' which has just celebrated it's 30th Anniversary.
Hosted by our very own winemaker Joel, participants will receive a complimentary glass and an antipasto platter to share whilst being guided through the tasting.
In addition, you will have access to limited-release back vintage and large-format wines to purchase on the day. With one session to choose from, this is an experience you don’t want to miss. Seats are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
