Through the Variety Club, Tim Adams Wines has an ongoing commitment to Australia's special children.

This commitment involves ongoing participation in Variety South Australia events and raising money through the sale of cleanskin wines (see right).

Variety SA has also been rewarded in receiving the global Gold Heart Award assessed on the amount of money raised in a year, the spirit of the tent (the term used by Variety for its chapters), the impact on the children of their community, the efficiency of operations and fundraising, and participation in Variety’s significant events.

The wines on offer are:

2010 Clare Valley Chardonnay Brut: Made from 100% Clare Valley Chardonnay grown on our new Rogers vineyard, this fizz is great value. Delicate flavours with persistent bead. Enjoy it as an aperitif with friends and family. It is now sealed with the new resealable sparkling cap (if you don’t drink the whole bottle!)

2007 Clare Valley GSM Brut: Made predominantly from Grenache and Shiraz, this new sparkling is sure to please with soft sweet fruit and matching low tannins. Sealed with the same resealable cap as the Chardonnay Brut.

2008 Clare Valley Riesling: Intense floral and lime aromas and flavours, balanced with very slight sweetness and moderate acidity. Sealed under screwcap, the wine can be kept with confidence for 2–3 years.

2006 Clare Valley Merlot: This wine only just missed out on Reserve status! That would have been $29 per bottle — instead it's $80 per case! Moderate magenta colour, plum and oaky nose (2 years in French oak), soft, round fruity palate with fine chalky tannins are the highlights of this wine. Sealed with screw cap.

2007 Clare Valley Shiraz: Deep colour and depth of flavour, with great balance of fruit and oak - from 100% Clare Valley fruit. Dark cherry and plum aromas and flavours are balanced with subtle oak and fine tannins. The wine can be kept for at least 5 years and is sealed under screw cap.

2007 Clare Valley Cabernet: This wine has vibrant colour with lifted red berry fruit dominant on the nose and palate. Moderate tannin balances the finish and will ensure longevity to at least 5 years in bottle. Sealed under screw cap, every bottle will be the way we intend.
