High praise for Tim Adams Wines in Penguin 2010 Guide

Several of our wines have been reviewed very favourably by Nick Stock in The Penguin Good Australian Wine Guide 2010: Tim Adams 2009 Riesling (5 stars), Tim Adams 2007 Semillon (4 stars) and Tim Adams 2006 Reserve Tempranillo (4 stars).

Five stars from James Halliday

Tim Adams Wines has been rated at the maximum five stars in the 2010 edition of James Halliday Australian Wine Companion, generally recognised as the Australian wine industry's annual Bible. Three of our wines — 2007 Reserve Riesling, 2008 Riesling and 2007 Semillon — received the maximum five-glass rating.

Jeremy Oliver scores Tim Adams among Clare's best

In his Australian Wine Annual 2009, Jeremy Oliver has scored our range at an average of 91.7 points, better than any other Clare producer with three of more wines reviewed. He has also included our 2007 Riesling and 2008 Pinot Gris among the best wines under $20, with the former also being the highest-pointed riesling under $20. READ HIS COMMENTS

Tim Adams Wines was established in South Australia's beautiful Clare Valley in 1987 by Tim and his wife, Pam Goldsack.

The winery is located in the heart of the valley, in Warenda Road, not far from the Main North Road, about midway between the towns of Clare and Sevenhill.

You are welcome to visit the cellar door between 10.30am and 5pm weekdays and between 11am and 5pm on weekends and public holidays.
